From 27th July 2020 you will have to order repeat medication and equipment directly via your GP practice, not from your pharmacy or medical equipment supplier. You can order in the following ways:
- Online services such as Patient Access
- Email to: duke.street@nhs.net
- Drop the request into our letterbox on our front door
- Via post to: Duke Street Surgery, 4 Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1LF
If you cannot do any of the above and don’t have a family member, friend or carer able to order prescriptions on your behalf, please contact the Surgery.
Please ensure your prescription is requested no earlier than 7 days before it is due.
We will send your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy within 2 working days. This is our turnaround time and does not include how long it takes for the pharmacy to process.
