We no longer offer ear syringing appointments at the surgery and the waiting list at the hospital is very long, therefore we have done some research into going privately.
The below optometrists all do ear syringing at a cost:-
Barrow– Richard Haynes- A gentleman from audiology will do their patients ears – no prices confirmed.
Barrow– Conlons £30 per ear (Only on Thursdays).
Dalton– Vera Wilton £60 for both ears.
Ulverston– Eye Care Excellence £40 for one ear and £60 for both.
It may be worth checking with your usual eye care provider.
